Clutch Kit and Single Mass Flywheel Conversion - BT50/DMAX

Stage 1 Clamping force of 1250kg-1300kg

Stage 2 Clamping force of 1400kg-1600kg

Up to 30% stronger than factory with a slightly heavier pedal feel and a great wear ratio.

Tried and tested on our Dyno and had multiple tested over tens of thousands of kms and multiple vehicles. 

The XHD clutch and single mass flywheel converter has been developed to fill a hole in the market between an average “heavy duty” and a “race” clutch or brass button. 

This kit includes:

-Pressure plate and friction plate (clutch)
-Solid single mass flywheel
-Throw out bearing (release bearing)
-Spigot bearing
-Alignment installation shaft
-Upgraded cover bolts
